We have learned and realize the importance of the connection of mind and body in building muscle mass, but learn, how to use it and how to trigger muscle growth is perhaps less easy! It is not easy to analyze or describe – but here we go!
It can be done all well – apparently to correct eat the rest properly and have a good routine with the right amount of exercises, sets, representatives and Pound packages. On the surface, it seems that you can everything correctly, but it still seems that it does not grow! What is bad? It could be also the perfect “combination of mind and body”. In other words, your body goes from correct Bewegungen– but for the reason that ranks what, is not involved in, get the trigger parts of the muscle not the best level of stimulation to muscle growth!
The key is here to discover “sweet spot” of the connection of mind and body, where his brain in the muscles is focused, exercised, you are putting in the right level of intensity, as also your mind and body is “Mode” and “remember” this level of intensity because it appears their representatives.
